Please find below a list of common questions we are asked.


Do you supply framed prints?

Not through the website. You may however email us or call us and discuss what you have in mind. We may be able to offer a framing service (depending on different factors).


Do you supply canvas prints?

Please email us or call us and ask about a bespoke order for a canvas. This may be possible depending on different factors.


Do you ship internationally?

Not through the website. Please email us and see if we could deliver to a destination outside the UK. Prices may vary from those displayed online.


Can you deliver more quickly than the guidelines listed on your site?

Please call us an we can advise if this is possible at the time.


Is my information secure?

We use PayPal to complete your transaction. We do not receive any financial information from PayPal other than details of the items you have ordered, the value of these items and your personal information provided for delivery and invoicing. All bank or debit / credit card transactions are handled by PayPal. Please see www.paypal.co.uk for more information.


Could I pay by cheque or bank transfer?

Yes, please email or call us to arrange your order via the telephone. Once we have received your cheque or bank transfer payment we will start to produce your print. Cheque and bank transfer payments can cause a slight delay in delivery times.


Can you deliver on a Saturday?

Yes prints can be delivered on Saturdays, this is usually via Royal Mail and deliveries must be signed for.


Can I return the product?

You can return the ordered item to us within fourteen days of receiving it from the courier as long as you notify us in writing (email or post) within this fourteen day period. We will not pay for return postage on items (unless faulted). Please see both our returns information and our terms and conditions for full details of our return process.


What happens if my print is damaged?

If your print is damaged when you receive it please notify us within 14 days in writting. Please see both our returns information and our terms and conditions for full details of our return process.


What happens if I have a complaint?

We set ourselves high standards in customer service. If you have a complaint please contact us and we will deal with any issues as efficiently as we can.


Are the images enhanced?

The images may have been enhanced and retouched for artistic reasons in post production. The prints should be viewed as art.


Can I order a specific size of print, different to the size shown?

We can print images to specific sizes depending on the picture. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your idea.
