Below is guidence for returning prints to us.

Return Information

Items may be returned to us by notifying us in writing (email or letter) within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods. We will not accept items returned to us if they have been used (unless they are defective).

Return Postage

You are responsible for paying any postage or delivery costs incurred when returning products to us. We will however refund any postage costs when returning a product if incorrectly sent by us or if the product is damaged. The return method of postage must be agreed by us in writting (email or letter) before returning any items to us.

Please note we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery.
